Our Vision

Established in 2022, John Leavy Consulting LLC prioritizes client needs over profits. John Leavy, Founder and Principal Consultant faced years of challenges while transitioning from an employee to an independent business owner. Dissatisfied with limited input and lack of control in his previous consulting role, John and co-founder Laurie Leavy self-educated themselves to build and run their practice.  Their singular goal: to create a fair, honest consulting business with name recognition and referenceable clients, always advocating for the clients’ best interests.  

At John Leavy Consulting we don’t place consultants on a project just to clear the “bench”.  Our focus is on matching the right person to the right project, guided by client needs rather than profit. Our motto is “Your Vision, Our Expertise.”  We’ve declined more projects than accepted ensuring alignment with client requirements. Doing right by our clients remains our top priority.
